Responsibilities
Supporting all phases of the PPBEA lifecycle—from planning and programming to execution and assessment—by developing and maintaining data-driven processes
Facilitating stakeholder coordination
Producing detailed reports
Planning events that support governance and decision-making
Analyzing and consolidating budgeting data for steady state processes
Supporting Mid-Year Reviews and performance monitoring processes
Developing reports (e.g., Child Development Facility status, waitlists, IAG action items)
Supporting MCCS governance transformation, including PPBEA working groups and in-progress reviews
Organizing reform coordination meetings and maintaining documentation (e.g., POA&Ms, trackers, decision briefs)
Pre-event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event reporting for government and inter-agency events
Creating After Action Reports (AARs) and summarizing event outcomes
Qualification
Required
Active Secret Clearance
Budgeting & Financial Analysis
Experience with APF/NAF programming and budgeting processes
Ability to analyze and consolidate budgeting data for steady state processes
Support in Mid-Year Reviews and performance monitoring processes
Strong skills in developing reports (e.g., Child Development Facility status, waitlists, IAG action items)
Familiarity with COLS dashboards, reporting requirements, and program-level analysis
Ability to support MCCS governance transformation, including PPBEA working groups and in-progress reviews
Experience organizing reform coordination meetings and maintaining documentation (e.g., POA&Ms, trackers, decision briefs)
Proficient in pre-event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event reporting for government and inter-agency events
Capable of creating After Action Reports (AARs) and summarizing event outcomes
