Inbound Sales Representative

The Inbound Sales Representative will be responsible for answering and qualifying customer inquiries, managing lead development, and building strong business relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
Answer and qualify customer/client pre-sale inquiries concerning Motorola solutions, products, or services
Build and manage lead development pipeline
Qualify all sales leads based upon lead qualification criteria definitions
Generates prospective customers through cold calling and qualifies leads
Tactfully and courteously interface with customers in order to build strong business relationships
Mails marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, keeps up-to-date
Act as single point of contact
Proactively utilize strong problem-solving skills in order to deliver customer-focused solutions
Educate customers on respective business processes and procedures
Proactively continue to understand products & solutions
Demonstrate active listening and consultative selling skills when promoting additional products and services
Display strong verbal communication skills through daily customer interaction
Exercise multi-tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications during customer interaction
Utilize internal business tools and applications to effectively qualify and resolve the customer’s issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or 1+ years experience in sales or customer service
