New Grad, Entry LevelMD&A is a world class supplier of power generation repairs, services and parts, seeking a qualified individual to join their team. The Field Engineer in Training will work closely with Senior Field Engineering mentors, gaining skills in inspection, troubleshooting, and repair supervision for turbine-generator units.

Responsibilities
Inspection of turbine / generator components
Technical Direction
Review of turbine inspection data
Repair supervision
Troubleshooting
Rotor and Steam path alignment
Outage Schedule tracking / manpower tracking
Labor supervision
Outage Planning
Customer in Training
Assisting start-up engineers with system check outs after outages, monitoring turbine operation
Assisting with turbine laser alignment
Vibration analysis and balancing turbine generators
Qualification
Required
BS Engineering degree
Strong understanding of power generation equipment and related support systems
Person must be able to work in an industrial environment
Successful candidate will be required to pass drug screen and background review
Preferred
Prior experience working on power generation equipment, automobiles and related systems, industrial equipment, or shipboard work experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Project Management experience
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
