Responsibilities
Designs and develops high quality software solutions by writing clean, maintainable and efficient codes
Leads the application of internal software deployment platform, continuous integration or continuous delivery pipeline and twelve factor development methodology to automate the deployment process, ensuring smooth and reliable releases
Partners with cross functional team of product managers, designers and other engineers to gather complex requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
Writes and maintains complex unit tests and integration tests, and performs debugging to maintain the quality and performance of the software, applying test driven development as needed
Recommends options for improving the software development and deployment processes, and implements the approved standards to improve efficiency and reliability
Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation for complex software applications, deployment processes and system configurations
Provides technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues with deployed applications to ensure minimal downtime and fast resolution
Qualification
Required
Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience
Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience
Preferred
Proven experience in B2B platform engineering, including EDI mapping standards such as X12 and EDIFACT
Familiarity with integration platforms like Boomi EDI, Tibco, SAP BTP, and SAP PI/PO
Strong foundation in core engineering principles, with the ability to apply them to solution design, scalability, and performance optimization in B2B environments
Proficiency with modern engineering toolsets (e.g., GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, cloud scripting, backlog management) to support agile delivery and operational transparency
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with product teams across diverse B2B domains, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and platform strategy
