Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with Clinical Supervisors BCBAs to implement principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
Acquire and maintain RBT credential in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) within the first 90 days of employment
Use electronic platform for data collection and graphing
Implement Behavior Support Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans as directed
Effectively manage learners including physical crisis intervention protocols, while ensuring a safe and supportive environment
Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations
Understand and demonstrate the company core values

Qualification
Required
Minimum of 6 months ABA working with children or adolescents with Autism in a supervised setting
Acquire and maintain RBT credential in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) within the first 90 days of employment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind
Exposure to the practice of maintaining a high level of confidentiality
Excellent time management/organizational skills
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Preferred
Experience with working with challenging behaviors preferred
Enrollment or completion of an undergraduate or graduate degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field a plus
Bilingual is a plus
