Demonstrate attention to detail preparing and filing legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs
Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations
Manage the discovery process, including depositions, document requests, and evidence gathering
Demonstrate the ability to communicate with clients informing them about case progress and providing clear explanations of legal matters
