Clubhouse Assistant Program Director

The Clubhouse Assistant Program Director will oversee a member-involved program that empowers adults with psychiatric conditions, ensuring efficient implementation of services while providing supervision and direction to staff.

Responsibilities

Oversee a highly member-involved program designed to empower adults living with psychiatric conditions
Provide a community that is focused on respect, individual choice and contribution
Work with the Program Director to oversee the operational, financial and administrative operations of the clubhouse
Implement all clubhouse service components and standards
Provide supervision and direction to clubhouse staff regarding Clubhouse Action Plans, interventions and comprehensive assessments

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology or related. In some cases, experience may be substituted for academic training
A minimum of two years experience in progressively responsible human services functions
A valid driver's license must be presented at the time of employment. Must be at least 21 years of age, have maintained a valid US driver's license for at least 6 months, and must be able to pass a driver's screening background check
Must be able to successfully pass a multi-state CORI check, employment verification, reference check and driving check
