Responsibilities
Drive the full lifecycle implementation of Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Costing) within the chosen ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, D365)
Conduct deep-dive workshops to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements from Finance stakeholders
Translate requirements into functional design documents (FDDs) and perform hands-on system configuration
Advise clients on best practices to standardize and optimize core financial processes (R2R, O2C, P2P)
Collaborate with technical teams to design and test integrations between the Finance system and other enterprise applications
Lead unit, system integration (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT); provide Tier 3 functional support post-go-live
Coach and mentor junior functional consultants on project methodology and functional expertise
Qualification
Required
5+ years in Finance, Accounting, or dedicated Finance Functional Consulting
3+ years of full-cycle implementation experience with a major ERP Finance module (e.g., SAP FI/CO, Oracle Financials, D365)
Deep functional knowledge across multiple financial modules (GL, AP, AR, etc.)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills
Preferred
CPA, CMA, or relevant ERP Functional Certification
Experience in large-scale global finance transformation projects
Knowledge of financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS)
