Legal Case Manager

Rob Levine Law is currently seeking a personable, organized, and detail-oriented individual for a Case Management position. The role involves assisting the legal team in navigating clients through the stages of their personal injury cases, including managing documentation and communication with clients and other entities.

Responsibilities

Inputting client information into our database
Scheduling appointments with clients
Entering and updating client information in our computer system
Organizing and completing necessary documentation, monitoring case statuses, and assisting clients
Completing basic administrative responsibilities such as making telephone calls, drafting emails, sending mail and scanning documents
Conducting regular correspondence with clients and providing them with updates on the status of their case
Maintaining client confidentiality
Updating client information in our computer system
Communicating with insurance companies, doctor’s offices, police departments, housing authorities, and other attorney’s offices
Ordering and obtaining client medical records
Analyzing and summarizing medical record

Required

Associates Degree Required
Experience working in the legal field (preferably in Personal Injury)
Must be able to successfully complete and pass each phase of our in-house training program
Experience working with Microsoft Office programs
Positive attitude and the willingness to go above and beyond for our clients and team
Personable, with excellent communication and customer service skills
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable interacting with clients, team members and attorneys
Strong phone and computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Team player
Ability to stay focused and organized
Ability to learn on-the-job and think on your feet
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Administrative writing skills
Must be available to work weekdays, weekends and day/night shifts

Bachelor's Degree Preferred
