They are seeking a Process Engineer Intern to support production lines with strategic plans and tactical actions aimed at driving continuous operational improvements and addressing daily disruptions.

Responsibilities

Use innovative process engineering and lean methodologies to identify and implement short, intermediate and long-term improvements to manufacturing practices and results

Work to build operational standard work, demonstrating this to improve business performance

Work with Quality, Controls, Equipment Planning and Maintenance functions to build and secure robust processes, assets and ancillary equipment

Define manufacturing practices passionate about making products with improved consistency and fewer disruptions

Assist in capital and facility planning activities

Provide process vision and plans with respect to equipment requirements, use, placement and work flow

Collaborate with CI function to provide time studies, value stream mapping, current state vs. future state assessments, structured problem solving and other CI related actions
