They are seeking a Process Engineer Lead to manage a team of engineering professionals, responsible for process design and management in support of Water Services Group projects.

Responsibilities
Supporting regional teams with treatment related business development activities
Developing conceptual level designs for water and wastewater treatment systems
Developing detailed designs, including contract documents (plans and specifications)
Coordinating with process mechanical team for detailed design services for treatment facilities
Preparing design calculations, coordinating with other support discipline activities on projects, coordinating with regional Garver offices and regulating agencies, construction cost estimating, and quality assurance and control
Managing and mentoring teams, coordinating schedules, monitoring project budgets, and ensuring delivery of quality work products which adhere to Garver standardization
Be included in client meetings, industry conferences, and serve as a subject matter expert for the Water Business Line
Some travel is required for business development, including proposal development, interviews, knowledge transfer, and conference attendance
Project-specific travel for site assessments, workshops, design reviews, and construction support is also expected
The role demands a collaborative approach to resolve issues through close team interaction, foster a positive team attitude, and recruit and develop an efficient process team
Additionally, the process group leader will coordinate workload across Water Design Centers
Qualification
Required
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license in several states including SC, NC, GA, FL, TN or be close to acquiring
Masters Degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license or with the ability to be licensed
7+ years of municipal water/wastewater process related design experience (not industrial)
2+ years of experience leading design projects
Process modeling software experience such as Hydromatis GPS-X, Dynamita Sumo, and/or EnviroSim BioWin
