Commercial Landscape Account Manager
Business Resources One is an award-winning, family-owned company providing year-round landscape services for over 29 years. They are seeking a results-driven Commercial Sales Account Manager to generate new business for maintenance and snow services, grow relationships with property management companies, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Drive new B2B sales via canvassing, networking, cold calling, digital campaigns, and property mapping
Expand accounts and uncover additional opportunities within the client base
Prepare estimates, present proposals, negotiate, and close sales
Manage contracts, pipeline activities (BOSS LM), and Outlook calendar
Conduct site quality reviews and collaborate with operations and design/build teams
Represent the company’s brand and values at meetings, trainings, and trade shows
Qualification
Required
5+ years of B2B sales experience (landscape industry preferred)
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking ability
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook/Excel; ability to learn BOSS LM
Experience with cold calling and social media networking
Preferred
Ability to interpret blueprints a plus
