Responsibilities

Lead and manage Entwine's fundraising operations
Serve as the primary frontline fundraiser for the department
Oversee all aspects of Entwine's resource development function
Develop strategy, major gift cultivation and solicitation
Manage team and coordinate with JDC's broader Resource Development department

Required

10-15 years of progressive fundraising experience with demonstrated success in major gift solicitation and portfolio management
Proven track record of securing gifts of $50,000+ from individual donors and foundations
Significant management experience, including direct supervision of professional staff and department leadership
Excellent strategic thinking and planning capabilities with ability to develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies
Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including experience in grant writing and donor presentations
Strong relationship-building skills with ability to cultivate and maintain long-term donor relationships
High proficiency with fundraising CRMs, particularly Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, or similar systems
Knowledge of Jewish philanthropic landscape and funding community strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree

Preferred

Experience fundraising for Jewish organizations or international humanitarian organizations
Graduate degree and/or CFRE certification
Established network within Jewish philanthropic community
Experience with board relations and volunteer management
Knowledge of international development and global Jewish communities
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Passion for humanitarian work and global Jewish service
