Responsibilities
Originate new retained search mandates with senior executives and boards
Lead high-impact searches for senior leadership and board roles
Partner with the firm’s leadership advisory colleagues to deliver integrated solutions
Operate with full autonomy while having the resources of a world-class platform
Lead client acquisition and delivery across a full suite of offerings including retained executive search and integrated solutions
Conduct executive and team assessments
Plan CEO and leadership succession
Provide board and organizational advisory
Qualification
Required
A seasoned retained executive search professional with direct access to C-suite and senior level decision-makers
Closed six-figure retained search assignments and thrive in a client-facing, origination-heavy role
Entrepreneurial by nature—want freedom, flexibility, and full control of your book without sacrificing brand, resources, or community
Believe in collaboration and see the power of combining search with leadership advisory to deliver outsized impact
Ambitious—energized to keep winning—but no longer want the bureaucracy, politics, or limits of a big firm
