Responsibilities
Build and maintain secure, scalable backend services using Go
Design and optimize APIs (REST & GraphQL) to support apps and websites
Integrate and manage third-party services (Stripe, Braintree, Cloudflare, etc.)
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
Monitor and troubleshoot systems with modern observability tools
Collaborate across teams to deliver reliable and innovative solutions
Qualification
Required
5+ years as a backend engineer in e-commerce or related industries
3+ years of experience with Go (required)
Strong understanding of microservices and event-driven systems
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, and SQL databases (Postgres preferred)
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Linux/Unix)
Experience writing automated tests (unit tests, integration tests, browser / E2E) (required)
Fluent in Git workflow (branching, merging, tagging, cherry picking)
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred
Experience in ticketing, travel, or hospitality industries
Experience with Kubernetes for orchestration and Redis for caching
Experience configuring and managing Cloudflare services, including DNS, CDN, caching, and security features
