New Grad, Entry LevelBest Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quick Lube Advisor / Internal Advisor to join their growing service department. This dual-role position focuses on providing customer service and administrative support to ensure the Quick Lube lane operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Welcome customers into the service lane and identify their vehicle maintenance needs
Provide accurate service recommendations (oil changes, filter replacements, etc.)
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service
Keep customers updated throughout their visit with professionalism and courtesy
Accurately enter repair orders and service data into our system
Maintain organized records and assist with internal service vehicles
Manage new and used vehicle inspection reports and provide estimates to the sales managers
Perform general office support for the service and management teams
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with computers and office software
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Preferred
Basic automotive knowledge or previous service advisor experience
