They are seeking a Senior Assessment & Authorization (A&A) Support Lead to lead A&A activities in support of MSC’s Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance, which includes developing RMF artifacts and conducting cyber risk assessments.

Responsibilities
Develop RMF artifacts and Authority To Operate (ATO) packages in eMASS
Perform site, system, and platform IT validation testing
Conduct Mission-Based Cyber Risk Assessments (MBCRAs)
Coordinate with Navy Security Control Assessor and Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Art or Bachelor of Science degree. (Preferred in IT, Engineering, or related)
Eight (8) –Ten (10) years of experience in A&A and RMF support
Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) II certification
eMASS proficiency
Strong RMF expertise
Clearance: Secret
8570 certification: IAM Level III
