Audio Visual Critical Control Project Manager

They are seeking an AV Critical Control Room Project Manager who will serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical staff, manage project timelines and budgets, and oversee multiple job sites while ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical operations staff
Manage project timelines, specifications, and budgets while ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
Lead and motivate project teams, oversee training and performance, and delegate tasks effectively
Support national account projects and coordination
Oversee multiple job sites across various locations simultaneously
Assist AV installation teams with project execution, including installation, programming, and punch list completion
Perform other duties as assigned to support project success

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience required in the AV industry, particularly with large integration projects
Associates degree is preferred, but not required
Customer Service Experience: A must!
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Ability to handle all aspects of successfully executing AV integration projects
Ability to delegate responsibilities efficiently
Ability to lead and motivate project teams
Ability to oversee multiple job sites across various locations simultaneously
Ability to assist AV installation teams with project execution
