Responsibilities
Work with vendors, subcontractors and Engineering to achieve timely submittal approval
Coordinate RFIs to resolution with the assistance of the Engineering team
Expedite equipment to ensure on time delivery
Manage the receipt, storage, handling, and installation of process equipment
Ensure material/equipment is provided and installed in compliance with contract plans and specifications
Coordinate and maintain schedule associated with responsible scope
Manage and maintain as-built drawings and documentation
Assist with monthly cost projections for subcontractors and vendors under their responsibility
Manage the closeout process for subcontractors and vendors under your responsibility
Support project plan implementation for quality, change management, and safety
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in an applicable field with a minimum of 3 years of specific construction project experience
Experience in the delivery of municipal or industrial water, wastewater, water resources and / or conveyance type work
Working knowledge of construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building
The physical and environmental demands required to perform the essential duties of this position include standing, walking, sitting, coordination, balance and agility demands, which may include the ability to climb, stoop, kneel, squat, grasp, reach, perform repetitive hand movements. Additional demands may involve a specific level of dexterity, grip strength, climbing and cardiorespiratory demands
