Responsibilities

Responsible for setting up, operating multi-axis CNC machines (mills and lathes) up to and including 5 Axis mills and 6 axis lathes
Must be proficient at all types of drilling, tapping and milling and turning
Must be able to complete machining operations from blueprints, drawings and/or verbal instructions
Must have experience with complex, tight tolerance parts and various materials
Material prep, deburring parts, hauling chips, oiling machines, sweeping up and initiating or assisting in organizational tasks

Required

High School diploma or GED
At least 10 years of experience in set up, operation and programming of CNC Mill/lathe machines
G-code experience
Ability to read and work off of a blueprint
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
Able to lift a minimum of 40lbs. unassisted
Able to stand for extended periods- 8 hours min
Must be able to stoop, bend, crawl, and being able to maneuver in tight spaces
Repetitive movement, bending or twisting, using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls, exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting

Preferred

Short run, prototype, non-production machining experience
Horizontal Mill experience
Programming experience
Experience running lathes + live tooling
