Responsibilities
Compile and analyze manufacturing and operational reports for costs, variances, and trends
Compare standard material and labor costs to actuals; investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
Post standard cost of goods for month-end close and prepare cost of goods sold (COGS) reports
Oversee inventory valuation, reconciliations, and transaction audits
Assist with year-end physical inventory audits
Partner with operations, procurement, and finance teams to align cost strategies and support business decisions
Provide insights into cost drivers and recommend cost-saving initiatives
Support other projects/initiatives as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, operations, or related fields
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
Preferred
Experience in a manufacturing environment
