The role involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring the client's condition, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities
Home organization & light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
Meal preparation
Fall prevention assistance – Client experiences occasional dizzy spells, affecting balance
Transportation (once per week) for grocery shopping and errands (medical transport is arranged separately)
Perform duties outlined in patient's plan of care
Monitor patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise
Observe the client’s physical, mental, and emotional conditions/ document and record changes in the patient condition
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy patient environment
Assist with daily living activities, such as dressing or taking a bath
Adhere to professional standards, facility care policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements
Qualification
Required
Female caregivers, 30 years or older
Experience working with individuals with TBI
Strong focus on honesty and communication
CPR Certification
TB test results
Valid Driver's License
Current auto insurance policy with your name listed on the policy
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to utilize computers/tablets and computer software
Strong patient service skills
Attention to detail and ability to carefully follow protocols and rules regarding the patient's care
Ability to address minor medical issues
