Responsibilities

Build automation infrastructure: Design and implement sophisticated automation workflows using Zapier, n8n, Make, and custom API integrations to eliminate manual marketing processes

Implement AI-powered tools: Build and deploy AI/ML solutions for cross-functional business solutions

Design custom integrations: Create APIs, webhooks, and data connectors between our tools (HubSpot, Omni, InCycle) and internal systems

Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with technical and business teams to align marketing infrastructure with product development and growth strategies

Required

Strong technical skills with business context

Understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and automation platforms

Experience building automation infrastructure using tools like Zapier, n8n, Make, and custom API integrations

Experience implementing AI-powered tools and solutions

Ability to design custom integrations including APIs, webhooks, and data connectors

Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical and business teams

Comfortable working across the entire marketing tech stack

Hands-on experience building integrations between marketing tools, CRMs, and internal systems

Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and data transformation

Excitement about leveraging AI and machine learning to optimize marketing processes

Understanding of conversion funnels, attribution models, and revenue impact

Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments

Analytical thinking skills to validate assumptions with data

Problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively
