Responsibilities

Contribute to communications projects

Support the company's management team in internal communications

Support the Kautex employer brand strategy

Develop and manage company websites and intranet (ERIC). Ensure content is current and identify and deliver improvements

Create articles and news feeds for intranet, online forums and social media

Required

Pursuing a Bachelor and/ or Master's degree in communications or similar qualification

Skillset and competencies related to Marketing

Fluent in written and spoken English

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good conceptual capabilities and project management skill

Self-driven, creative and ability to work across country and organizational boundaries

Knowledge of broad range of communication activity including all media (digital, websites, publications, social media and events)

Able to work at most 20 hours per week on-site in Troy, MI
