Responsibilities
Proactively source new borrowers through marketing, networking, referrals, and outbound engagement
Respond rapidly to loan inquiries and consistently follow up to maximize every opportunity
Collaborate with Loan Processors to assemble application packages and move deals efficiently through underwriting
Own borrower relationships from application through servicing, building trust and loyalty
Grow your network by building strong relationships with real estate agents, appraisers, and other real estate professionals
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation
A self-starting, hustle-first mentality — you control your success
Ability to thrive independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
