They are seeking an Online Testing Coordinator to administer online standardized tests, assist customers with the testing platform, and perform general office duties to support the Testing Services team.

Responsibilities

Provide general customer support via phone and email

Help with general office duties

Setup Online Testing, data entry tasks

Administer Online Testing including monitoring test sessions, and communication with remote proctors

Inspect and restore test booklets to reusable condition

Required

Bachelor's degree required

Training or experience in education and/or homeschooling beneficial
