Responsibilities
Designs information systems solutions to help the organization operate more efficiently and effectively
Facilitates software development lifecycle activities
Conducts Requirements Gathering Sessions
Creates artifacts relative to project initiatives
Contributes to work plans and other deliverables
Partners with QA to develop User Acceptance Testing
Communicates business challenges to stakeholder and assist in developing solutions
Identifies opportunities for streamlining procedures by applying IT best practices
Updates and creates training and learning management system documentation
Qualification
Required
Strong familiarity with Systems Development Lifecycle
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven ability to take initiative to move daily work forward
Ability to use sound judgment in completing tasks and to seek guidance when needed
Creative problem-solving ability
Commitment to exceptional client service
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Knowledge of tools used by the client such as Microsoft TFS/MTM, ADO, and Visual Studio
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Experience: 4+ years' experience in business planning and software development
