Responsibilities

Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and on-premises network technologies

Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of administrative tasks, system configurations, and reporting

Install, configure, and manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Objects (GPO), Hyper-V, and Intune

Install, configure, and manage network infrastructure

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

Manage user accounts, permissions, and group memberships across on-prem and cloud environments

Ensure proper patch management and regular software updates

Maintain security best practices including endpoint protection, multifactor authentication, and conditional access policies

Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support and resolve escalated help desk issues

Participate in IT projects such as cloud migrations, software deployments, and infrastructure upgrades

Support our modernizations to positively change our systems

Support the internal and external training needs to promote user adoption of new and changed systems

Act as an information security team member supporting our requirements

Synergize with the IT teams to support ITSM and Agile practices

Document procedures, configurations, and system changes in a clear and organized manner

Collaborate with vendors and service providers as needed
