Responsibilities
Lead the execution of large-scale, multi-phase EPC projects with cross-functional teams and external partners
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resource allocation
Be the primary interface with the customer, ensuring agreement on contract terms, scope, and execution strategy
Coordinate across multiple Westinghouse P&Ls and functional groups to ensure seamless delivery
Oversee subcontracted work scopes
Manage Westinghouse scopes including engineering, procurement, field implementation, nuclear welding, and project controls
Ensure compliance with nuclear safety, regulatory standards, and quality expectations
Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to monitor performance and drive corrective actions
Provide executive-level reporting and updates to both Westinghouse and customer leadership
Mentor supporting PMs and project controls staff as the group scales
Travel and spend extended periods at customer sites during critical phases
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
PMP certification required
10+ years of experience in EPC project management, with exposure to the nuclear industry
Track record managing complex, multi-phase projects with multiple stakeholders
Experience with outage services and nuclear plant operations
Proficient in project management tools (Primavera P6, SAP, ARM) and EVM methodologies
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or Construction Management preferred
