Counsel and litigate in the areas of employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, wage-hour, trade secrets/non-competition/unfair competition, workplace privacy, executive employment agreements, and many other areas pertaining to hiring, promotion, compensation, and discipline

Advise employers and train managers concerning personnel systems, policies, and practices
