Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of software solutions in a fast-paced environment
Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices and coding standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project requirements
Troubleshoot complex software issues and optimize performance
Stay current with industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using best practices
Contribute to the architecture and design of software systems, ensuring scalability and reliability
Participate in code reviews and ensure the quality of code through continuous integration and testing

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Linux
Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and experience with embedded systems
Experience in network engineering concepts and practices
Strong management skills and experience leading engineering teams
Knowledge of ARM and x86 architectures is preferred
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa

Preferred

Familiarity with Android AOSP development is a plus
