Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings and motions

Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant case law and statutes

Prepare and organize case files and evidence for trial

Attend court hearings and depositions as needed

Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather information

Support senior attorneys during trial preparation and strategy meetings

Assist in analyzing insurance coverage and liability issues

Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation sessions
