Provide legal advice on employment law matters including compliance and HR policies

Represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution processes

Conduct legal research and prepare case documentation

Participate in mediation and arbitration proceedings

Manage case files and maintain effective communication with clients

Assist in class action lawsuits and other labor law-related cases
