Responsibilities

This position is primarily responsible for the supervision and safety of all residents in a 10 bed group home for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness

Residential assistants offer daily training to each resident on Activities of Daily Living such as cooking, cleaning and hygiene

RAs distribute medications and ensure that the home is maintained in the manner required by licensure

Qualification

Residential facilities experienceMental health experienceBehavioral health experienceTennessee driver’s licenseEngagement skills

Required

High school or GED

Valid Tennessee driver's license and a safe driving record required

Experience in residential facilities, mental health, or behavioral health preferred
