Responsibilities
Capture and log all Minor League games at assigned affiliate
Assist coaching staff with daily tasks, including scouting reports, game planning, travel, and administrative needs
Compile video and data related projects and collaborate with other departments for scouting, player development, and baseball strategy
Operate additional technology in bullpen or batting cage sessions
Produce roster and lineup information for daily clubhouse use
Perform related duties as assigned on and off field
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, College degree preferred
Coursework completed by January 2026, Candidate must be available for the entire duration of the season, February-October
Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel)
Preferred
High level of social awareness and the ability to exercise feel in the clubhouse environment
Ability to work and communicate in a team setting
Solid foundation of baseball knowledge and a curiosity to understand more in-depth baseball concepts
