They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Inside Sales Administrator to support the Inside Sales department and learn key sales operations. This role provides a clear path for growth into an independent Inside Sales Administrator position.
Responsibilities
Prepare standard and complex quotations in collaboration with Technical Regional Sales Managers
Review and interpret contract terms, conditions, and quality clauses, seeking guidance when necessary
Process orders, end-use statements, and perform related data entry tasks
Utilize Contract Relationship Management (CRM) software extensively
Serve as a liaison between the Inside Sales team in Bothell, WA and the Logistics team in Blacksburg, VA
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail in writing and editing
U.S. Person is required due to the nature of the work
Preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales or Office Administration (preferred but not required)
Associate or bachelor's degree in related field (preferred but not required)
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and contribute positively to a team environment
Willingness to travel to Bothell, WA, for initial training and occasional follow-up visits
