Responsibilities

Lead SAP direct procurement client engagements by designing and implementing SAP solutions

Gather and translate business requirements into system designs and technical specifications

Develop strong client relationships, guiding teams in developing business requirements and functional designs

Drive business development by cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and contributing to sales and proposal efforts

Promote knowledge sharing and innovation by participating in forums and developing tools to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency

Mentor and guide junior professionals, fostering their growth and supporting successful project outcomes

Required

Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree plus equivalent experience

8+ years of relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large consulting firm, boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry

5+ years of functional configuration experience focusing on SAP MM (Purchasing, Inventory Management, MRP) and SAP Ariba (Direct Spend or Sourcing), specifically in direct procurement processes

3+ years of SAP direct procurement business process design experience

2+ years of integration, configuration, or process design with SAP PP or SAP EWM/WM

Experience participating in all phases of at least 4 full end-to-end SAP implementations, with a focus on SAP direct procurement processes, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment

4+ years' experience in a technical or functional lead role, overseeing teams on at least 2 SAP direct procurement, end-to-end full lifecycle implementations

Experience with at least 2 full life cycle SAP S4 HANA implementation(s)

Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

Master's degree

Previous experience working directly for a 'Big 4' consulting firm

Professional experience participating in SAP ECC to S/4 HANA migrations

Experience with Signavio

At least 1 current SAP certification
