Strategically identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value using our portfolio
Understand customer business drivers and establish buy-in at all levels within client organizations
Drive the co-creation of new products and solutions alongside our team of business specialists
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and challenges comprehensively
Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement using deep industry knowledge

Required

Minimum 8 years of experience providing solutions to banks for their strategic and transformational initiatives
Excellent Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics; MBA or PhD is a plus
Deep expertise in Bank Finance
Extensive network with C-Suite executives within banks in the US
Strong business acumen combined with solution-selling skills
Business fluent in English
