Responsibilities

Perform advanced engineering design tasks on complex water resource projects

Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses to support design and assessment of surface water systems and infrastructure

Develop detailed plans, specifications, cost estimates, calculations, and reports, along with permit application support

Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews on projects

Provide mentoring, training, and oversight for staff

Manage water resources related projects and tasks

Pursue client management and business development opportunities

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil, Water Resources, Biosystems Engineering (or related field)

Professional Engineering License (PE) in West Virginia

15+ years of experience

Experience managing and mentoring staff

Experience with hydrologic and open-channel hydraulics processes and expertise in modeling these processes

Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills with a thorough understanding of task assignment and schedule, budgeting and efficient use of time and resources

Experience pursuing business development opportunities and managing existing clients
