Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor post-press machinery and equipment including, but not limited to: die cutters, cutters, overwrap, and slitting machines
Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency
Perform basic equipment adjustments and troubleshoot mechanical issues
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work closely with team members and shift leads to meet production targets
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2–3 years' experience operating manufacturing machines, troubleshooting, and working as a lead machine operator in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (printing, packaging, and large-scale manufacturing industries preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on machine operation in a manufacturing setting
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for up to a 12-hour work shift (2-2-3-2 shift rotation)
Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced production environment
