Responsibilities
Supporting and implementing global SAP FICO solutions
Playing key role as a finance cross-functional lead across multiple workstreams
Manage solution delivery through the development lifecycle
Provide training and guidance
Create process and training documents
Solution designing and support experience in financial reporting, profitability reports and COPA, cost planning and budgeting, costing, integration with MM, SD, PP modules asset accounting, and profit center accounting
Gather requirements, perform analysis, writing functional specifications, designing and configuring system and, leading training, developing system documentation, and interface solutions
Perform and lead system testing
Knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Integration point configuration experience
Strong knowledge of ASAP Methodology, System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), service-oriented architecture and Enterprise Application Integration tools
Experience with controls-based environment with ITAR and SOX experience
Ability to effectively coordinate and manage cross-functional and technical activities with strong negotiation and leadership skills
Qualification
Required
Senior SAP FICO functional experience and excellent understanding of finance business processes
Knowledge of Accounting/Finance business processes and of SAP FICO integration with GL, AP, AR, AA, BA, SL and other modules
Experience working with Operations and Finance business stakeholders to manage solution delivery through the development lifecycle, provide training and guidance, and create process and training documents
Solution designing and support experience in financial reporting, profitability reports and COPA, cost planning and budgeting, costing, integration with MM, SD, PP modules asset accounting, and profit center accounting
Gather requirements, perform analysis, writing functional specifications, designing and configuring system and, leading training, developing system documentation, and interface solutions

8-10 years relevant experience supporting and implementing global FICO solutions
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or Information Systems
Excellent project and team leadership experiences
Role may be limited to US Citizens or Green Card Holders due to requirement of the agency to potentially obtain a clearance
Preferred
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is desired
Government or DoD Environment experience is highly desired
CPA, Chartered ACC or related certification a plus
Certification in SAP FI/CO and other modules is highly desired
