Responsibilities

Manage a team of analyst(s) producing rate filing indications for Homeowners, Auto, Excess Liability, and Private Collections lines of business

Leverage in depth understanding of ratemaking and state rate filing laws to answer DOIs enquiries

Clearly communicate results and implementation schedules to management

Lead bi-weekly status meetings with the Product Management team

Establish best practices within and across teams

Develop effective tools to improve processes and minimize manual work

Gain exposure to other pricing projects, including modeling and other analytical experience
