Quality Assurance Analyst

Edovo is a non-profit organization focused on helping those connected to incarceration build better lives through education. The Quality Assurance Analyst will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Stakeholders to ensure all changes deployed meet product requirements and provide impactful experiences for users.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Product and Engineering to understand core product functionality and desired user experience
Work closely with fellow QA team members to manage and prioritize work
Coordinate deployments to lower environments for testing ahead of daily deploys
Devise, document, and execute test plans for newly completed features
Provide clear, documented feedback to development and product team members describing an area of deficiency and steps to replicate

Required

Strong collaborator with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented
Experience with Agile methodologies
Ability to manage deployments among multiple testing environments
Experience managing feature flags to enable proper testing scenarios
3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or related fields
Comfort with ambiguity; ability to work independently

Preferred

SQL query knowledge
API testing experience via Postman or similar tools
Experience using logging tools such as SumoLogic, Splunk, or the ELK stack
Git and Github experience
Familiarity with AI-assisted tooling
