They are seeking a Program Manager to lead large-scale, complex programs, focusing on the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud for ERP, HCM, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience within healthcare applications and systems.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the strategy and implementation of the program in partnership with the T2 principles responsible for the engagements
Coordinate, engage and lead a large and diverse group of stakeholders and subject matter experts through a complex program that will include fundamentally changing workflows and current processes
Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation in coordination with the system integrator
Monitor project progress, identify and address risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery
Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment through constant communication and realistic expectation setting
Manage team of project managers and coordinators to effectively and efficiently execute on project goals and objectives
Manage the relationships with the external vendors involved and enforce accountability and quality delivery where required
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of project management tools and processes used with the delivery lifecycle
Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet business needs
Qualification
Required
Excellent client-facing and interpersonal communication skills
Experience managing large-scale ERP projects with stakeholders across multiple departments and disciplines
Strong knowledge of healthcare provider operations, applications, and industry standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in risk identification, management and mitigation, and change management procedures
Demonstrated ability to work on and manage challenging projects with diverse cross-functional teams to achieve objectives with limited supervision and guidance
Ability to manage agile, waterfall and hybrid project management methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel and equivalent planning tools
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Preferred
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud would be ideal but not required
