Responsibilities
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify trends, market shifts, and emerging opportunities
Use advanced statistical models and forecasting techniques to predict outcomes and support planning
Analyze large, complex datasets to identify key drivers of business performance
Translate data findings into clear insights and present them to stakeholders in a digestible, actionable format
Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and communicate results
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all research and analytics work
Stay current with industry trends, research methodologies, and analytical tools to continuously improve insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Market Research, or a related field
3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, forecasting, or applied research
Strong proficiency with SQL, Excel, and at least one statistical programming language (Python, R, SAS, etc.)
Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) for visualization and reporting
Proven ability to synthesize complex data and research findings into actionable recommendations
Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
