Responsibilities
Serve as a bridge between business lines and technical teams, gathering requirements, validating data, and helping ensure smooth adoption of new wealth management platforms
Contribute to project planning, oversee testing activities, and provide guidance on data mapping and business rules, helping to deliver successful technology implementations for wealth applications
Qualification
Required
Experience with wealth management platforms (Envestnet, Pershing, FIS/Global+, or similar)
Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst, skilled in gathering and translating business requirements for technical implementation
Experience with data migration, mapping, and business rules
Strong collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders, and other BAs
Familiarity with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project
Ability to support testing oversight and guide users through new systems
Preferred
SQL knowledge is a plus
