Required

Tech-savvy with solid business acumen and marketing sensibilities
Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel (some overnight travel required)
Erie, PA Based, primary territory will be the Erie Counties, NY, with growth toward the Northeastern
Preferred
Industrial or technical sales experience; Machining and/or Heat Treat experience is a strong plus
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Degree in a technical discipline preferred (Business or Marketing degrees also considered)
Strong computer skills, including CRM (ACT or similar)
Experience with social media and digital marketing tools to support sales and brand visibility
Proven success in acquiring new business, growing existing accounts, and retaining customers
