Conduct legal research related to the insurance industry
Assist in drafting and negotiating contracts
Support the Legal and Compliance team on legal and regulatory initiatives
Participate in meetings and projects across Aspida
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, and other policies
Maintain confidentiality of company information

Required
