Responsibilities
Oversee the full lifecycle of audit activities — from annual planning and risk assessments to execution, reporting, and continuous risk monitoring
Direct teams through operational, regulatory, and risk-focused audits
Perform hands-on fieldwork and delivering valuable insights to senior leadership
Help strengthen internal controls, support strategic decision-making, and foster the growth and development of audit talent within the team
Qualification
Required
Experience leading audit teams, managing full audit engagements, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership
8+ years of audit experience in financial services, with expertise in both internal and external audit environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex processes, identify risks, and recommend improvements
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to clearly convey findings and manage multiple priorities
Experience mentoring and developing junior auditors while actively contributing to hands-on audit work
