Mastering call control, roleplaying, and running full sales meetings
Coaching and leading high-impact team meetings
Analyzing performance metrics and implementing strategy improvements
Consistently closing high-value deals
Creating and delivering engaging training sessions
Reviewing KPIs weekly and driving performance accountability
Running morning meetings and assuming leadership in times of absence
